https://pendlehill.org/explore/worship/join-us-online-for-worship-in-the-barn/

9:30 am EDT – We gather as a group for brief opening remarks and a poem. (Go to FCRP Zoom link.) The Zoom host will then create small break-out Zoom rooms for discussion.

10:00 am – 11:30 am EDT – Small Group Sharing on the experience of the pandemic: loss, grieving, numbness, et al. We will share with one another what this odd time has been like for us as individuals. This is an opportunity to embrace the dark and painful side of our experience with the pandemic, with those in our group as nonjudgmental witnesses.   It is is a chance to say very simply “what is,” where we are, rather than how we “think we should be.”  Rather than judge ourselves or others in the group, we will endeavor to offer compassionate witness.

11:30 am – 12:00 pm EDT –  Zoom host will reassemble larger group for Worship Sharing

BREAK FOR LUNCH – FCRP Zoom Room will remain open for those who might want to chat over lunch

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EDT – Relaxation/Restoration Session: Guided Relaxation / Energy Healing with Mary Kearns, PhD

SUNDAY, MAY 24

8:30 am – 9:00 am EDT – Meeting for Worship with Pendle Hill https://pendlehill.org/explore/worship/join-us-online-for-worship-in-the-barn/

9:30 am EDT – FCRP gathers. (Go to FCRP Zoom link.) Short readings

10:00 am – 11:30 am EDT –  Small Group Sharing on unexpected gifts during the pandemic. The Zoom host will again break into small groups.  Again, sharing will be simple.  Now that we have held the Dark, we will tell where we have found the Light during the experience of the last several months.  What unexpected moments of tenderness and beauty have we experienced?  What courage have we witnessed; what deep joy?  What strains of hope have we felt?  Again, nothing is required here but to be present to hear the stories of one another nonjudgmentally and to share your own story as much as you wish.

11:30 am – 12:00 pm EDT –  Zoom host reassembles full group for brief Worship Sharing

BREAK FOR LUNCH – FCRP Zoom Room will remain open for those who might want to chat over lunch

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EDT – Relaxation/Restoration Session: Yoga Nidra – Guided Meditation for Deep Relaxation with Deborah Hughes
