9:45 am-12:15 Introduction to the Internal Family Systems Model
Tom will offer a lecture using art to explore the IFS model. This will be followed by an experiential exercise embodying our parts.
12:30-1:30 pm Lunch at Main House
1:45-2:30 pm Outside Lawn - Movement and small group formation
2:30-4:30 pm Barn - Using Images to Explore our Inner Parts in small groups.
The groups will use images on cards to explore their inner systems structure.
4:30-5:45 pm Mapping our parts. Exploring ways to get to know our inner
system. Externalizing parts as a way to understand them better and to return to Self.
6:00-7:00 pm Dinner at Main House
7:30-9:00 pm 1st Interest Group Meeting. See your assigned room.
9:00-11:00 pm Ice Cream Social. Singing, dancing, enjoying in The Barn

appear in major spiritual traditions. Exploring ways that we can connect to our spiritual resources.

12:30-1:30 pm Shared Lunch with Interest Group Leaders, Planning Committee,
and Plenary Speaker. Tree Room (back dining room).
2:00-4:00 pm 2nd Interest Group Meeting
4:15-5:30 pm FCRP Annual Business Meeting-All are Welcome. The Barn
