​Fees for this year's three-day conference

—which begins Friday evening, 4:30 p.m. and ends Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.

—includes two nights' lodging and all meals, as well as all conference activities.

$523 - Single room

$435 - shared room   

$319 - Commuter cost (commuter fees include all meals)

Cancellation fees:

There is a $100 cancellation fee for anyone who cancels before April 19th, 2025.  After that, there will be no refunds except in highly exceptional situations.  We regret this policy, but it is necessary due to our contract obligations with the retreat center.​​​​
